Overall Description: These 5-week intensive workshop classes are set to help anyone interested in social dancing on their feet moving. Depending on your experience with these forms of dance you can select a level and category in any of the following workshops. Each course meets for 5 weeks and progresses from basic to advance movements. These courses are geared to support you with your specific level and helps in committing you in learning that specific style and level for 5 weeks.

Salsa for Couples/Introduction to Salsa: (5 Week Course)

Description:

Bring your significant partner for a once a week class for 5 weeks to learn the fundamentals of salsa. This course is geared to have you learning the basics of Salsa one day a week for one hour. Below is the information of the fundamentals dancers will learn. No Experience is required.

Day & Time: Once a week for 1 hour.                                                                               Sundays: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Price: $75.00 per Individual / $120.00 per Couple

Intermediate Salsa: (5 Week Course)

Description:

                  This course is a continuation of the introduction Salsa course. This course can be taken without having taken Introduction of salsa. Depending on one’s level the instructor must grant you permission to attend the course. If you have taken the Introduction Salsa route you are automatically allowed to join this group.

Day & Time: Once a week for 1 1/2 hour.                                                                             

Price: 75.00 per Individual

This course is geared to challenge dancers with advance salsa techniques. To take this group session, one must be invited by its instructor. Each week students will be given a variety of combinations that require different techniques in Salsa.

Day & Time: Once a week for 1 hour.

Lady Performance Styling: (5 Week Course)

Description:

                  This course is to promote and get women excited to dance and perform. This course does not require any form of performance, but a piece of music will be selected to work on and choreographed on a weekly basis. This is to give opportunity to those who are interested in the challenge of memorizing a set piece of choreography but not have to worry of performing it in front of an audience.

Day & Time: Once a week for 2 hours.

Description:

                  This course is set to introduce the variety of footwork and combinations an individual can do on his or her own. Each week students will be challenged with a combination of footwork different in style and musicality. This course will help students learn more about the musicality aspect of bachata, hearing it’s sounds, and practice of improvisation in social dancing.

Day & Time: Once a week for 1 hour.                                                                               Saturdays: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
